The business and affairs of the Club, and the custody and control of its funds and property, shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of eight (8) Directors, namely a President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President, Treasurer and four (4) Ordinary Board Members.

The Board of Directors shall be elected from the Ordinary and Life Members of the Club. To be eligible for nomination, a member must have held Ordinary or Life Membership for a continuous period of at least twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of nomination.

A member shall not be eligible to nominate, stand for, be elected to, or be appointed to the Board if they:

• have been found guilty of a charge by the Board within the two (2) years immediately preceding the Annual General Meeting;

• have at any time been convicted of an indictable offence; or

• are under suspension by the Board pursuant to the Constitution.

The Board of Directors shall be elected annually by the members of the Club from persons duly nominated in accordance with the Constitution.

If insufficient nominations are received to fill all Board positions, additional nominations may be accepted at the Annual General Meeting with the consent of the nominee.

If the number of nominations for any position exceeds the number of vacancies, an election by ballot shall be conducted. If the number of nominations received equals the number of vacancies, the Returning Officer shall declare those nominees duly elected.
